1.      SCOPE

 

            CONTENT

This specification covers qualification, test, and performance requirements for

battery connector series products. Product is welded on PWB pad and connector

battery in mobile device to provide connection between device and battery.

 

            QUALIFICATION

Tests are to be performed per the condition setting in this specification. All inspections

shall be conducted using inspection plan for this product and the product drawing.

e.       QQ-N-290: Nickel plating specification per U.S. Military Standard.

All components covered by this specification shall be specified by physical characteristic

as indicated by size and arrangement in product drawing

3.2.1  Contact

      Copper Alloy

      Nickel plating 50µ over all

      Solder area: Gold flash over nickel.

      Connector area: 20µ Au plated.

 

3.2.2  Fitting nail

      Copper Alloy

      100µ Tin plated over 50µ Nickel overall

 

3.2.3        Housing

LCP ，Glass-filled, black color, UL94V-0.

 

 

3.3 RATING

 

3.3.1        Voltage: 100 V DC Max.

3.3.2        Current: 1.0 A Max. per contact.

3.3.3        Dielectric Withstanding: 500 V AC for 1 minute.

3.3.4        Insulation Resistance: 500 Mega ohms Min. at 500 V DC.

3.3.5        Contact Resistance: 50 milliohm Max.

3.3.6        Temperature: -10℃ ～ 45℃
